There has always been a host of traditional consultancies, system vendors and integrators. Our founders felt, however, that there was a significant opportunity to create an offer focusing exclusively on managing and delivering complex projects. Thus ::projective was born.

Today ::projective, with its unique approach and core values, is well established in the financial sector. The company has grown to a team of over 200, with offices in Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Paris and The Hague. The company continues to expand, and is gaining recognition as a leading independent provider of programme and project management to financial institutions across Europe and beyond.

One of ::projective’s core beliefs is that there is no substitute for experience. Our consultants have, on average, over a decade’s industry experience – gained either directly in Financial Services, in Professional Services, or both. This provides us with the confidence to address the challenges and demands of the marketplace, regardless of complexity or scale.

At ::projective, our corporate culture is quite unique. Our founders were determined not to replicate yet another classic hierarchical corporate structure. While everyone at ::projective has a different and rich professional background, our consultants are never pigeonholed into a particular domain or industry. All team members are free to provide input to different projects and share their experience and perspectives.
