A major Belgian insurance company was faced with sub-optimal internal organisation and administration, contributing to lower levels of efficiency than were potentially achievable, missing out the realisation of their full market potential as a result.
What did we do?
Together with the senior management, we identified gaps in existing sales and commercial processes and introduced sustainable and efficient processes directly aligned with business and IT. Major activities included the assessment of the current state of the process landscape (and other, ongoing initiatives).
A company-wide process management initiative, which led to a major increase in the company’s market share.
