The Grow Smart programme will help you discover who you are as a person, as a team member, and as a leader.
Course objectives
You’ll start with a weekend experience among peers. This weekend sets the foundation and lets you discover and practice your leadership style.
Afterwards there are 3 workshops focused on the topics of team dynamics & motivation, phases of group development, connecting with your team and increasing team commitment.
Next up: how do you get the most out of your career? To wrap up the Grow Smart programme, you’ll learn:
