Every year, we press pause on our day-to-day work to come together, not just as colleagues, but as a community. Our annual Projective Group Offsite has become a tradition that brings our organisation under one physical roof, and this year was no exception.
For this year’s edition, we gathered in the historic town of Windsor, a beautiful setting for a few days filled with energy, connection, and celebration. With the sun on our side and the setting just right, it was the perfect backdrop to reflect on our progress and set our sights on the future.

A major highlight this year were our Trailblazer Awards, a celebration of the amazing work delivered across the group. We handed out awards in 7 categories, recognising the individuals and teams who go above and beyond to drive change and challenge the status quo effectively becoming trailblazers themselves: Someone who leads the way with bold ideas, creating new paths for others to follow.
The energy in the room during the show was a reminder of what makes Projective Group so unique: a shared commitment to excellence, driven by collaboration.
While the offsite includes company updates and strategic direction, it’s also about something more human: creating space for people to connect. Over the course of the event, colleagues from across countries, practices, and service lines came together, some meeting in person for the first time, others reconnecting like old friends. These informal conversations are just as important as any business update: they’re where ideas spark, collaborations start, and our culture comes to life.

Of course, no offsite is complete without a bit of celebration. We closed the day with a fantastic dinner and an epic afterparty — complete with dancing, laughter and plenty of unforgettable moments on the dance floor.
The next day, we recharged in the British countryside with a mix of activities: clay pigeon shooting, archery and axe throwing were on the menu, providing just the right balance of relaxation, fun and fresh air before heading home. It was the perfect ending to an energising and inspiring two days.
As we continue to grow across Europe and solidify our position as the go-to partner in financial services, these moments of connection are more important than ever. Our offsite reminded us that the strength of our business lies in our people, in their ideas, their drive, and the way they show up for one another.
