Projective Group UK s'engage en faveur d'un véritable salaire de subsistance

We are delighted to announce that Projective Group UK is now an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff working for Projective Group UK will earn a real Living Wage, ensuring a wage where everyone can thrive instead of solely survive with.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the actual costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.  It is calculated each year and is announced by the Living Wage Foundation as part of Living Wage Week, with a higher rate for London to reflect the higher cost of living in the capital. 

It is clear that the benefits of paying the real Living Wage extend not only to our employees, but also to businesses we engage with and to society as a whole. We are extremely proud to be part of this movement and believe it reflects our ongoing commitment to being a fair, progressive, and responsible organisation.

Projective Group UK is one of over 12,000 organisations that voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage. This commitment applies to not only directly employed staff, but also to our third party contracted staff.  

Since 2011 the Living Wage Foundation has benefited thousands of families across the UK by delivering a pay rise to over 450,000 people and putting over £2 billion extra into the pockets of low-paid workers.
