We are very pleased to announce that Kate Pohl will be joining Projective Group this month as an Executive Advisor. Kate will be primarily helping to grow our Payments Practice in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but will also work together with colleagues across Europe to share her knowledge, experience, and contacts.
After completing an MBA in International Finance at the Wharton School in Pennsylvania, Kate went on to work for five key international banks in the areas of Payments, Trade Finance, Risk – both credit and compliance - as well as in Digitalisation and Innovation. Her past client portfolio includes financial institutions, corporations, FinTechs, start-ups and scale-ups, and the public sector, with expertise in relationship management, sales, product management, client services, implementation, and innovation.
Kate has held local, regional, and global roles for US and European banks, including Bank of New York, JPMorgan Chase, Abn AMRO, Citigroup, and ING. Having worked in the USA as well as Europe, she has now called Germany home for over 25 years. After deciding to leave the world of banking, Kate has been working freelance for the past 5 years as an advisor, consultant, sales manager, and coach.
