Projective Group relève la barre des engagements en matière d'IED

Here at Projective Group, we strive to create an employee experience that supports and benefits every person who works with us. One of our key aims is to further promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our workplace.

This week we launched our Commitment to DEI and have been sharing a range of DEI related resources and content across the company to help raise awareness, reduce stigmas, and open up conversations on important but sometimes challenging topics.

Here is a snapshot of what we have been up to recently:

• We introduced the market-leading Professional Development Programme Fast Forward Group designed for women at all stages of their careers to help them achieve both professional and personal goals.
• We shared personal stories our from colleagues around topics including the LGBTQIA+ community, parents and carers at work, and the influence of different cultural backgrounds.
• We launched an internal training course called Neurodiversity 101, aiming to help understand what it means to be neurodivergent and how we can support our neurodivergent colleagues and clients.

I’ve learnt a huge amount in the last decade about the challenges of balancing my role in a 2-parent working household, including trying to figure out how to be the best dad I can be while striving to have a great career in parallel. 

Projective Group’s strength lies in its ability to accept diversity and leverage it to create an environment of inclusion, personal and professional development.
