The principles of Agile working are central to the role of Scrum Master and the Product Owner.
You will learn how Agile is different from Waterfall. You will understand the different roles and ceremonies in a Scrum team.
This one-day course also prepares you for the official Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification exams.

- Obtaining general Scrum knowledge
- Obtaining the official Scrum Master and Product Owner certificate, which is included
- Putting theory into practice by means of a Lego game
Course outline
This training has been developed based on the largest and globally recognized Scrum Guide. For the certification, participants must independently take an exam.

- Scrum Principles (History, Definition & Principles, Scrum values, Benefits, Roles)
- Scrum Framework (Ceremonies, Artefacts, Visual Management)
