Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in financial institutions. While AI offers many opportunities, it also brings certain risks. The EU AI Act was introduced to ensure the safe use of AI.
To that end, Article 4 of the EU AI Act, effective from February 2, 2025, requires both providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure that their personnel possess adequate AI skills.
This training is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge needed to work with trustworthy AI and to ensure ethical, transparent, and responsible AI use – considering its impact on both the environment and society.
The purpose of this e-learning is twofold:
- Ensure that people adopt a safe use of AI in order to reflect about aspects such as data privacy and environmental impact
- Make people comfortable with using AI and take away fear or doubt
This training can be taken as a separate learning experience or we can provide clients with a seamless AI training curriculum including content from our modules AI Awareness, Prompting Techniques and Introduction to Copilot, and all this in a blended format with a mix of e-learning and classroom training.
Note: If you’re a Project Lead involved in the deployment of AI systems, we recommend taking the Project Lead version of this e-learning. It contains the same content as this one, plus an additional module that provides practical guidance on the implementation of AI systems, including best practices for responsible deployment, impact assessment, and aligning AI strategies with sustainability and corporate responsibility goals.
