The Lean Green Belt training is the practitioner level in Lean. This is a philosophy aiming to maximise added value and minimise waste in any business process in any type of organisation.

In this interactive, high-energy and hands-on training course, you will not only increase your theoretical knowledge of Lean but you will also be challenged to directly apply this knowledge in your own improvement project.

In five interactive classroom sessions we will explore how Lean tools and techniques can effectively be applied as part of a Lean improvement project. You will learn different methods for Lean project management, as well as some essential change management skills, to realise the required change of behaviour in the way of working. To stay true to our mantra ‘learning by doing’, you will directly apply Lean tools and techniques as part of a practice-case, structured around the DMAIC project method, throughout the entire course before applying these tools yourself in your own improvement project. To complete the theoretical part of this training, you will take an online exam.

This course also requires the completion of a practical assignment. You will identify and lead your own Lean improvement project using the DMAIC method, with the objective of realising a measurable result within your organisation. Effectively right away ensuring a return of investment on this training for you and your company.

Staying true to our other mantra ‘practice what you preach’, you will receive hands-on coaching and practical guidance by one of our consultants, all experienced Lean project leaders. The practical guidance will include individual coaching sessions as well as group sessions.

Looking for a tailor-made program? Please reach out to us for more information. All our in-company training sessions are tailor-made and can be adjusted to your needs.

Why follow a Lean Green Belt training at Projective Group?

Projective Group is well accustomed to the challenges of implementing Lean within Financial Service. As experts in this area, we are not only able to help you optimise your operational excellence, but we also understand its application when dealing with challenges unique to this sector. For example mapping concrete processes for less tangible products, or taking into account long-term relationships when building customer journeys. While Financial Services is our strategic strength, we can support organisations across all sectors.

Our top priority when facilitating a Lean Green Belt training is to ensure all our participants are prepared and coached to really translate theory into practical results. With our industry expertise, we tailor sessions to suit your needs, incorporating specific examples and case studies.

The improvement project is the cornerstone of this course – not only do we pride ourselves in the continuous practical guidance we offer throughout the completion of your project, but the project itself offers a valuable opportunity to see a return on investment. By applying what you learn to a real challenge within your organisation, you can aim to improve the operational excellence in your company. The Green Belt project is designed to deliver tangible organisational and process benefits, turning theory into measurable results.
