Our journey with this client began through our partnership with Dataiku, a trailblazing AI and data platform. The client, a specialty insurer and reinsurer, was founded six years ago with the aim of disrupting the specialty insurance market. Their ambition was to place themselves ahead of their competitors by digitising an industry traditionally dominated by non-digital processes.
Reducing runtimes from hours to minutes
At the start of this extensive digital transformation, our client still relied on legacy Excel workflows for much of their regulatory reporting. These processes were slow, unscalable, and prone to error. They needed a serious upgrade. In less than two years, Projective Group designed and deployed more than 60 automated data and AI products, significantly improving efficiency and reducing runtimes on these processes. More than 60% of the client’s regulatory reports are now fully automated – our Dataiku-based solutions generate them in less than 10 minutes.

Even though this is an ongoing project, we have already yielded incredible results. In fact, our collaboration was so successful that it earned us a Dataiku Front Runner Award in December 2024. Projective Group has built a string relationship with Dataiku. This puts us in a prime position to help Dataiku scale out their UK banking and insurance presence at other customers.
