Based on their experience as a consultant, the trainer will put it all into perspective using real life examples.
Using a practical use case, we will guide you through the lifecycle of a change management project and explore the challenges and opportunities that arise during each phase. We will discuss best practices and present tools such as the change maturity assessment, stakeholder analysis and the change management plan of approach.
