Over the course of two energising weeks in May, colleagues across Projective Group laced up their walking and running shoes and collectively took over 26 million steps - all in the name of wellness and charity.
Our PG Walking Challenge 2025, organised by our Sports & Fitness and CSR teams, brought together employees from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the UK in a friendly competition. Each country aimed to log the highest average distance per employee using the StepUp app, while also raising awareness and funds for meaningful local causes.

We’re proud to announce that Belgium took home the trophy this year by achieving the highest average kilometres per employee. But the real win was collective: together, we walked for a purpose and helped make a difference in our communities.
A total of €4.000 was donated to four incredible charities selected by each country, with the amount each received based on the final ranking in the challenge:
- De Vijver (Belgium): Empowering individuals with disabilities through housing, education, and community.
- Tjommie (Netherlands): Creating sustainable opportunities for vulnerable children in South African townships.
- Die Arche (Germany/France): Supporting socially disadvantaged youth in Frankfurt.
- The Felix Project (UK): Tackling food waste and food poverty in London.
This challenge didn’t just promote physical activity, it united us across borders in a shared mission to give back.
