We are pleased to welcome Kris Horrevorst as Chief Financial Officer of Projective Group. Kris brings nearly thirty years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in complex, international and private equity environments.
Most recently, he served as CFO of Yonderland, a retail holding company with around €600 million in revenue, overseeing brands including AS Adventure, JUTTU, Bever, Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock and Runners Need. His background combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational experience, including complex finance operations and refinancings.
After a period of reflection and renewal, he arrives with a clear sense of direction and purpose: “Taking a career break gave me the space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters. Walking the Camino Francés brought clarity and perspective, both personally and professionally. It reaffirmed that financial leadership is where I do my best work. Joining Projective Group as CFO feels like a natural next chapter. Their ambition, culture and pragmatic approach to change resonate deeply with me. I’m grateful for the journey that led me here and genuinely excited about what we can build together.”

His appointment also allows Laurent Zintz, who has been our CFO to date, to fully step into his new role as Chief Operating Officer. “For Projective Group as a company and for me personally, this is an important step. Bringing in a dedicated CFO in our Executive Committee allows me to fully shift my focus towards the COO role. That means spending more time on operational execution, cross-team alignment and scaling the business, while ensuring Finance has a strong, experienced leader at the helm,” says Laurent Zintz.
We would like to thank Laurent for his contribution as CFO and warmly welcome Kris to Projective Group. Together, they will help ensure we continue to build a strong, well-run organisation that supports our people, our clients and our long-term growth.
