Recently, Jeroen van der Eerden and Kersten Martin Meyer, two of our Transformation experts within Projective Group Germany, were invited at the Workpath Economy Outcome Summit to host a session on how to train executives using OKRs to establish a new value-based culture.
During their session they highlighted the challenges and risks today’s executives face during change and transformation projects due to the trend of digitalisation and new ways of working.
