Starting in November, Projective Group welcomes Jeroen Heijligers as the Managing Director of Projective Talent, formerly known as Finance Club. Since its inception, Finance Club has built a strong position and reputation in the market for secondment at financial institutions and was acquired by Projective Group in 2023, after which the name was changed to Projective Talent. Founders Stijn van den Borne and Michiel van Brussel have chosen to leave Projective Talent, ensuring a smooth transition until the end of the year and remaining available for advisory support.
Jeroen Heijligers brings the right experience to his new role. As the former General Director at Personato, he has proven his leadership in attracting and developing talent. In his last role at VCN Insurance, he held a dual role as both commercial and business manager and was part of the management team. From this position, he brings not only an extensive network but also the right experience to take Projective Talent to the next level together with the existing team.
