As an AI & Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping intelligent solutions inside a large, complex environment. You translate business challenges into practical, high value outcomes and help teams adopt AI in a smart, scalable way.
You’re the link between technology and business impact.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine prompts to optimize and automate business processes
- Advise on and build solutions using Copilot (M365, GitHub), PowerApps, and other AI platforms
- Determine the right approach per use case: from quick wins to more advanced AI implementations
- Combine technologies (prompting, RPA, AI systems) into hybrid solutions
- Analyze business needs and translate them into concrete, scalable technical solutions
- Evaluate feasibility and impact, focusing on value rather than complexity
Your skills
• Master’s degree in Computer Science• Strong skills in prompt engineering and hands on AI tooling
• Experience or affinity with automation platforms (Copilot, PowerApps, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• A “quick win first” approach: delivering value fast, without over engineering
• Solid business understanding and the ability to translate user needs into solutions
• Pragmatic, critical, and results driven attitude
