This year, we are launching a new NXTGen programme with two dedicated tracks: Data and Payments. Both are designed for young professionals who want to build strong foundations as consultants, while discovering where their interests and strengths truly lie.
The NXTGen programme is a development programme that helps young talent grow into confident, independent consultants within Projective Group. From day one, you join us as a consultant with a competitive salary, while following a structured programme that combines training, mentoring, coaching and hands‑on client work. The programme will start on 1 July 2026, with a learning programme running through the Summer to prepare you for your very own first client assignment as from September 2026.

Projective Group works exclusively within financial services, across Data, AI, Payments, Risk and Compliance, and Transformation domains. As a NXTGen Data Consultant, you support change and transformation initiatives where strong data foundations are essential. You learn how organisations use data responsibly and effectively, how data enables better decision‑making and how it underpins technologies such as AI. You help translate business needs into concrete data deliverables, support data literacy initiatives and grow your understanding of data within a regulated financial services context.
As a NXTGen Payments Consultant, you work on projects at the heart of the payments ecosystem. You support clients in navigating change across payment products, processes and regulations. You learn how payments work end‑to‑end, how organisations adapt to new trends and how structured change helps deliver better outcomes for customers and businesses alike.
While each track has its own focus, all NXTGen consultants share the same foundation: learning how to work with clients, how to deliver change and how to grow as a consultant within Projective Group.
Learning at Projective Group is a shared effort. Alongside technical and soft‑skills training, you are supported by a mentor who shares their experience and helps you grow in your chosen domain. You can also opt for coaching by an ICF‑certified coach, who challenges you to reflect on your ambitions and turn them into clear, personal goals.
