AI from Use Case to Business Value

Type:

(In-company) classroom

Duration:

One day

Level:

Practitioner

Language:

English & Dutch

With the rapidly changing landscape of AI tools, you are likely interested in knowing what the value and possibilities of AI are for your organisation. The focus of this workshop is for you to proactively consider, refine and value AI use cases that bring value to your organisation.

In a very interactive workshop, the trainer will start with an overview of the possibilities of today’s AI landscape and initiate a debate on how your organisation can make optimal use of AI, aligned with the business goals and strategic priorities of your organisation.

The trainer will enable you to:

  • think of use cases that can be automated/optimised with AI
  • refine these use cases towards the desired outcome (such as: accelerate turnaround time, offload repetitive tasks to an AI engine so that humans can focus on more high-skilled activities, reduce human errors, lead generation, revenue increase, …)

Once use cases have been defined, their feasibility and business value will be assessed for prioritization. As part of such decision, the relevant risk management and regulatory frameworks will be considered.

In the implementation of use cases, selecting the best fitting AI technology is obviously an important last step. The workshop will give you guidance in conducting this selection process.
