This is not a general Copilot training, but a hands-on workshop tailored to the daily activities of Project Managers, Process Experts, and Portfolio Managers. Essential AI concepts, risks and safeguards, and prompting techniques are covered before the workshop takes a more practical turn with live demos and breakout exercises for building prompts and agents. 

The goal is an AI-powered Transformation Office — more predictable, more consistent, and more productive — while staying compliant, secure, and aligned with your company’s governance model.

  • Building reusable AI assets: how to turn expert prompts into Copilot Agents and create team prompt libraries.

Course outline

  • Setting the Context: AI concepts, pitfalls and how to mitigate them, responsible, use 
  • Copilot fundamentals: Copilot Chat as well as Copilot in Excel, Outlook and Teams 
  • Prompting techniques: anatomy of a prompt, good vs bad examples, prompt optimisation techniques 
  • Live demo: a concrete use case for which a prompt is created in under 10 minutes, followed by converting the prompt into an agent 
  • Break-out exercises: separate teams of Project Managers, Process Experts and Portfolio Managers select a scenario for which they can build a prompt and even an agent 
  • Group pitching: exercise results are presented in a closing plenary session, followed by the selection of the winner
