People with a general AI awareness who follow this training, will gain more advanced skills in how to build their prompts for optimal outcomes. An important element is that this training allows participants to adapt their prompt creation to the rapidly changing landscape of AI tools.​ 

Topics covered:​ 

  • Why is a strong prompt important?​ 
  • Which type of outcome are you prompting for (text, video, …)?​ 
  • Different types of prompts ... and which one to use when 
  • Components of a fit-for-purpose prompt​ 
  • Interpreting the generated outcomes and refining your prompt if needed​ 
  • Roleplay with AI tools​ 

At the end of the training, participants get time to practice their newly acquired skills in the AI tools they wish to use. The trainer will coach them and give them individual advice.​ 

This training can be taken as a separate learning experience or we can provide clients with a seamless AI training curriculum including content from our modules AI Awareness, Prompting Techniques and Introduction to Copilot, and all this in a blended format with a mix of e-learning and classroom training.

Theory: 

  • Short general introduction to AI 
  • Anatomy of a good prompt 
  • Types of prompts 

Practice: 

  • Highly interactive workshop where participants receive a use case that relates to their daily work. 
  • Step by step, they will be guided to optimise their prompt and to refine the outcome.
