Lean Yellow Belt is the foundational level in Lean. This is a philosophy aiming to maximise added value and minimise waste in any business process in any type of organisation.

In this interactive and high-energy classroom training you will experience the value of Lean thinking through gamification, exercises, and practical examples. You will learn about the history of Lean and its main principles, tools and techniques.

After completing this training, you will be able to recognise and eliminate waste in your daily operations. You will leave inspired and energised to become a true Lean ambassador, ready to start improving your daily business or maybe even reorganise your own clothing closets, who knows!
