Once the high priority AI use cases in your organization have been selected, you are likely interested in understanding:

The purpose of this workshop is to give you the right context and practical frameworks to answer these questions for maximum business impact.
In a very interactive workshop, the trainer will provide an overview of the different AI techniques, their strengths and attention points, and initiate an interactive debate on how to use them in practice in a steered and controlled way.
Using one or several concrete use cases – which we prepare for you and/or which you provide up front, depending on preference and feasibility – the trainer will guide you through the step-by-step approach to make smart design choices.
We will pay specific attention to the technical, data and people aspects that make AI projects specific, and consider those specificities when designing and setting up GenAI solutions, ensuring effective and cost-efficient solutions.
