In today's dynamic environment, change is the rule, rather than the exception and Business Adoption of the change is Key. Business Adoption knows various aspects, but one is always key- people. This is what the People Change Management course focusses on. Based on our 3-step approach (Foundation, Implementation and Embedding) this People-Centred Change Management course will take you through the complexities of change and business adoption.

Using a practical use case, we will guide you through the lifecycle of a change management project and explore the challenges and opportunities that arise during each phase. We will discuss best practices and present tools such as the change maturity assessment, stakeholder analysis and the change management plan of approach.

After this training, you will understand:  

  • How organisational and project changes impact people
  • How to guide people through change using the phases Foundation, Implementation and Embedding
  • The different change interventions at different organisational levels on the base of our Projective Group 3-level Framework (Organisational – Project – Individual).
  • How to use practical tools to measure and master change. At the end of of the course you will have a first draft of your own change management plan.
