Kirsten Samson

Since joining Thede Consulting in 2016, Kirsten has accompanied numerous strategy and implementation projects in the payment transaction environment. She has gained extensive experience in project management, strategy development, and change management, and has successfully led several large-scale projects involving a multitude of stakeholders. Her consulting skills focus on the conceptualisation and implementation of payment solutions, particularly in e-commerce and POS, as well as change management and strategic product management.
