Robert is a regulatory and compliance consultant and has a strong background in regulatory and compliance matters for fund managers and related MiFID services. He is strong in advising financial institutions in a pragmatic way on their governance set-up and all regulatory issues.  Excellent connections with regulators and knowledgeable  about their approach and way of thinking, which enables him to perfectly  assist financial institutions.

• Preparation of license applications for AIFM/UCITS- managers, which included:​
  • Discuss/design governance set up​
    • Draft/review policies business operations manuals and various required policies​
• Review suitability/ integrity of potential board members (including preparation for interview with the regulator)​

• Assisting fund managers in implementation of SFDR
