The NXTGen traineeship is an international programme aimed to develop a cohesive group of independent, skilled and result-oriented consultants, embodying the Projective Group culture. We have offices in Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany and France.

The goal of the NXTGen Traineeship is to train, coach and mentor early career professionals, so they can start a successful career as a consultant in one of the forementioned practices.
Next to the job-specific and people skills training courses and the hands-on experience you’ll get on the job, you’ll also be assigned a mentor and you can as well opt for coaching by an ICF-certified coach.
The mentor gives you advise out of their expertise in order to develop your skills in your preferred domain. The coach on the other hand challenges you to visualise your ambitions and to translate them into clear objectives.
The NXTGen traineeship provides a constructive and trusted setting where young talent is offered the right tools and training to kickstart their career. After concluding this traineeship of 18 months, you can call yourself a full-fletched consultant at Projective Group.
