At Projective Group, our culture isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the heartbeat of everything we do. As we’ve reached the halfway mark of 2025, we’re celebrating the energy that our teams across Europe have poured into our Culture and Community Pillars. From heartfelt CSR initiatives and wellbeing boosts to social events, sporting challenges, and meaningful DEI celebrations, it’s been a busy and brilliant first half of the year!
Our UK team hit the road (literally!) with the London to Brighton Bike Ride, raising funds and awareness for a great cause, The Felix Project. Sweetening the effort, a company-wide Bake Sale brought colleagues together to raise money with homemade treats and plenty of smiles.
January blues? Not on our watch. Our UK colleagues hosted a Blue Monday Spin Class; a free, energising session to beat the winter gloom. Meanwhile, the Netherlands team delivered some sunshine of their own at the summer kick-off event, where everyone received a Wellbeing gift pack with sunscreen and after-sun to stay healthy and safe during the sunny season. Our BE office hosted a Bring Your Kids to Work Day filled with games, lunch, a movie and meaningful conversations about the experience of being a working parent.

From New Year drinks in the Netherlands to the DE office opening celebration, the first half of 2025 saw plenty of joyful moments. The Netherlands team also launched their very first NL Connect; a relaxed office hangout with food, drinks, games, and a big dose of summer fun.
We kept active and competitive this half-year. In addition to the London 2 Brighton Bike Ride in the UK, colleagues took part in the JP Morgan Run in both the UK and Germany, while our Netherlands team got sporty with an Ice Hockey Clinic and took on the Amstel Gold Race. Go team!
Pride Month shone bright across our UK office, where colleagues came together to honour and celebrate LGBTQ+ inclusion and identity. And as part of the cultural celebrations of our Belgian office, colleagues experienced the colours, flavours, and warmth of Indian culture. As always, we continue to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through local initiatives and company-wide conversations.
