Projective Group appoints three new commercial directors in the Netherlands

Effective January 1, Projective Group has significantly expanded its commercial team with the addition of three new Commercial Directors: Leon Wielens, Mike van Antwerpen, and Nick Bongers.

Leon Wielens

Leon Wielens has joined as Commercial Director for Projective Group, which specializes in assisting players in the financial sector with services such as strategic consulting, project management, and interim solutions. Projective Group operates through three offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Eindhoven).

Wielens comes from KPMG, where he served as Senior Manager Business Development for the past two years, focusing on expanding the Managed Service division and driving sales in the domains of risk & compliance and cyber in the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to that, he spent twelve years in various sales roles at an IT service provider and gained experience at credit specialist Graydon.

Projective Group Talent

Mike van Antwerpen and Nick Bongers have both been appointed as Commercial Directors at Projective Talent (formerly Finance Club), the Dutch branch of the organization (around 400 professionals) that focuses specifically on staffing in the financial sector. Together with newly appointed Managing Director Jeroen Heijligers, they will work to further expand commercial activities in the Netherlands.

Van Antwerpen has gained extensive experience in various commercial roles. At Brunel, he was responsible for the key account ASML, after which he took on the development of key accounts at TMC Consultancy. Later, at TAPFIN, the MSP brand of ManpowerGroup, he focused on expanding client solutions and strengthening MSP services in the Netherlands.

Bongers began his career as an account manager at Rabobank before moving to Randstad, where he worked as a sales consultant at subsidiary Yacht within finance. He later became a relationship manager at YEM, responsible for managing the relationship with Rabobank. In this role, he supplied financial profiles as a broker and served as a strategic sparring partner.
