The Top Consulting Firms in the UK 2026 ranking is based on an extensive assessment conducted by Consultancy.uk and its parent organisation, Consultancy.org. The methodology combines independent client and consultant feedback with a detailed review of firms' capabilities, project experience, market reputation, analyst recognition and thought leadership.
This year's rankings drew on more than 800 consultant surveys and 650 client surveys, generating over 4,000 firm reviews across sectors and areas of expertise. The assessment was further enriched by Consultancy.org's global consulting database, which includes more than 25,000 reviews from clients and consultants and extensive intelligence on consulting firm capabilities worldwide.
