Projective Group welcomes Gaby Bolton as UK Managed Services Business Lead
We are pleased to announce that Gaby Bolton has joined Projective Group as UK Managed Services Business Lead, reinforcing our strategy to deliver high-impact client solutions through deep financial services expertise, flexible delivery capacity and technology-enabled innovation.
Gaby brings more than 20 years of experience leading global operations, building high-performing teams and delivering technology-enabled client and regulatory solutions across financial services. Her experience spans Capital Markets, Corporate and Investment Banking, consulting and service providers, with expertise across Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Post Trade Services, Derivatives Operations, Regulatory Implementation and Reference Data.
Having held senior Operations and Change Management roles at organisations including Deutsche Bank, JDX Consulting and Delta Capita, Gaby has built a strong track record of leading large-scale operations, strengthening governance and improving service delivery. Throughout her career, she has focused on reducing operational risk and cost while improving effectiveness through target operating model redesign across people, process and technology.

Working closely with Jon and colleagues across the wider business, Gaby will focus on strengthening service delivery and supporting the continued growth of Projective Group’s UK Managed Services business and Cardiff delivery centre.
She will also play a key role in expanding our managed services offering. Building on our established capabilities in Client Lifecycle Management and Financial Crime Operations, Outreach and Repapering and Document Digitalisation, we will continue to broaden our services across additional clients and practices, including payments. This growth will be supported by automation, AI and technology partnerships to deliver more efficient, scalable and sustainable solutions for clients.
