After successfully guiding Flow Money Automation through the process of obtaining a PSD2 license, Projective Group now fills the role of Risk & Compliance for this Dutch fintech startup.

Flow has developed an app that provides users, primarily individuals and freelancers, with better insight into their finances and helps them actively work towards future financial goals by allocating money to separate categories.

Projective Group’s experts employed a systematic approach to identify risks, provide advice on implementing new processes, and monitor existing processes for optimisation at Flow. Careful risk management is always the foundation of these activities, with operational feasibility also considered in the advice given. This is particularly important for a young fintech startup like Flow. With a license to provide both account information and payment initiation services, the compliance burden is significant.

Our experts employed a systematic approach to identify risks, provide advice on implementing new processes, and monitor existing processes for optimisation.

“Through regular compliance sessions with the management team, the organisation maintains a state of being ‘compliance fit’.
