During this highly interactive one-day workshop, you will learn what it takes to operate a bank. The best way to visualize this and to reflect on all aspects of running a bank is to go step-by-step through the use case of creating a new bank.
This workshop is an ideal instrument for a teambuilding event with a team of people who work in a bank but don’t have a background in the financial industry (for example IT teams, HR teams, … of a bank). It’s a fun and engaging way of working together on an exercise, which at the same time gives the team members meaningful insights in the business model of their employer and how they can contribute individually to the success of their company.
