  • Introduction to Lean – the origins and history of Lean  
  • The Power of Lean – highlighting the Lean principles and eight types of waste  
  • House of Lean – building the House of Lean by covering Lean tools and techniques that can be applied to understand customer value, increase standardisation, improve the quality of your process (through eliminating mistakes) and reduce the lead time  
  • Kaizen – the methods and mindset that are crucial for continuous improvement
