Boost your soft skills by experiencing the power of VR training.
Virtual Reality offers great possibilities for immersive learning as it provides a safe environment to learn, practice, fail and adjust. The virtual scenario puts you right in the middle of a challenging context that will test your soft skills in a given domain. You will get instant feedback on the choices you make, as such giving you on-the-spot learnings.
Nine different modules can be selected: giving feedback, the power of compliments, daring to discuss interpersonal relationships, non-hierarchical leadership, dealing with resistance, dealing with a personal attack, strategic sales conversations, facilitating a virtual meeting.
Should you easily suffer from motion sickness, the virtual scenarios can also be played on your laptop.
For one workshop, we will upfront select two modules. For each module, you get a brief introduction on the topic, you play the virtual scenario, followed by a group conversation in which we share our learnings and reflect on how to translate these learnings to your professional context.
“Compliments for the organisation of the entire course, your enthusiasm, the lunch, all the goodies available throughout the day, and the right mix with guest lecturers.”
